LEARNING TO DRIVE WITH BEE FREE

All Bee Free Driving Instructors and Partners are DVSA registered and DBS checked.

We work alongside other independent Driving Instructors, so we will either book you a lesson with a Bee Free instructor or refer you to one of our Partners. Either way, we won’t leave you hanging and will find you an instructor!

• Our Driving Instructors are patient and offer full-hour lessons and door-to-door service.
• We welcome complete beginners and more experienced drivers, including those who may have unsuccessfully attempted their Practical Test.

For new clients, your first lesson will be 2 hours; which is beneficial to learners of all-levels, and if you’re a complete beginner, this is where you start to become familiar with your vehicle controls.

The lesson also allows your Driving Instructor time to assess your learning-style and to decide how best to tailor your tuition.

AUTOMATIC DRIVING LESSONS

You may wish to consider automatic lessons, particularly if you have found coordinating manual gear-changes a real struggle.

You will need to bear in mind that if you pass your test in an automatic car you will not be eligible to drive a manual vehicle, unless you do so as a learner-driver.

PAY-AS-YOU-LEARN

If you are less flexible when it comes to scheduling your driving lesson times you may find the “pay-per-lesson” arrangement ideal, allowing you to book your lessons on a simple week-by-week basis.

We suggest that you try to schedule at least one driving lesson each week, keeping the gaps in-between to a minimum, as long breaks tend to have a negative impact on confidence and learning.

Driving Lessons are available 60, 90 and 120 minutes in length.

Price: £39.00 per hour
(£37.00 for Students/Emergency Services worker)

PRE-PAID BLOCK BOOKINGS

Whilst your Driving instructor will always do their best to try to schedule your driving lessons to suit, it’s important to remember that tuition is always booked on a strictly “first-come-first-served” basis.

In reality, this means that the lesson times that you would most prefer may not always be available.

To avoid disappointment, pre-booking can greatly increase the chances of securing your
preferred slots.

Your 1st lesson will be a 2-hour lesson to make sure you ‘click’ with your Instructor, after that you can pre-pay for block bookings directly to your Instructor.
